Maybe not the best dates to visit this hotel (concert Bruno Mars)... 3 hours for check-in. Requested KING-bed: Received twins. The room was smelly and the walkways near the elevators were plain dirty. Had Thai food served in the restaurant and discovered some insect in it: Returned the plate. The waitress didn't apologize at all. Air-con was switched OFF by the staff, whereas we were hoping for a "cool room" upon our return. Paid close to THB 5,000 for a room not even worth THB 1,500. Never again.

First they tried to charge Me for 500 baht for key deposit but nowhere informed about it before. They don’t speak English. They don’t serve the coffee as I like Americano Espresso in breakfast. They use melamine plates which is poison. I didn’t even ate there anything but breakfast was included no one refunded Me money back.

The service is really terrible. They serve the soup before serving rice. By the time my rice came, the soup got cold. Very slow service. What kind if restaurants serve soup before rice. Not worth it. Though the food tastes good, the service needs improvement.

My business associate introduced me for a night stay in this hotel as I attended meeting @ The Nine Center Rama 9. Many Asean students stayed here as this hotel was very near to Ramkhamhaeng University and Rajamangala National Stadium. My single room water pressure was good and A/C was good as well. Due to many Asean students and Chinese tourists, I needed to wait about 10 minutes for 2 small capacity lifts. I checked out after a night stay for another business meeting @ Wong Wian Yai and claimed back my 1000 Baht deposit.

I stayed here for one night because i attending a marathon at the rajamangala stadium, so this hotel has a very close location to the stadium entry. Easy to find foods and convenient stores. The hotel was clean, a bit old but well maintained, the receptionist staffs was polite and informative, the security and roomboy was helpful. the price is reasonable and no surprise charge, you have to deposit THB1000 and returned when you check out. My room got window, bathroom was clean and all room facilities worked well, there were bath kit also. No complain.
